    Booking & Reservations

    • All travel arrangements require a signed service agreement and deposit before booking confirmation.
    • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed pricing at time of reservation.
    • Changes to confirmed bookings may incur supplier penalties and additional fees.
    • We recommend booking luxury accommodations and experiences 3-6 months in advance for optimal availability.

    Payment Terms

    • Service fees are due upon signing the service agreement.
    • Trip deposits typically range from 25-50% of total trip cost, depending on suppliers.
    • Final payment is generally due 60-90 days prior to departure.
    • We accept wire transfers, certified checks, and major credit cards (processing fees may apply).
    • All payments are in USD unless otherwise specified.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation fees vary by supplier and are outlined in your service agreement.
    • Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.
    • Our service fees are non-refundable but may be applied to future bookings within 12 months.
    • Cancellations within 90 days of departure typically incur higher penalties.
    • Force majeure events may allow for modified cancellation terms.

    Travel Documentation

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports with 6+ months validity.
    • Visa requirements and health documentation are the traveler's responsibility.
    • We provide guidance on requirements but cannot guarantee entry to any destination.
    • Travel documents should be checked at least 90 days prior to departure.
    • Emergency passport/visa services may be available for additional fees.

    Travel Insurance

    • Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings.
    • Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation.
    • We can assist with insurance recommendations but are not licensed insurance agents.
    • Pre-existing medical conditions must be declared for coverage.
    • Adventure activities may require specialized coverage.

    Liability & Responsibility

    • Curated Travel For You acts as an intermediary between clients and suppliers.
    • We are not liable for supplier actions, service failures, or travel disruptions.
    • Clients acknowledge inherent risks in travel and participate at their own risk.
    • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
    • Emergency support is provided as a courtesy but does not constitute liability acceptance.

    Additional Terms & Conditions

    Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through binding arbitration under California state law.

    Service Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
